Job Description : We are looking for a Digital Account Manager that will be responsible for the overall client satisfaction, digital marketing strategy, and program delivery for assigned accounts.We offer a remote/hybrid work set-up for this role but preferred applicants are those that are based within our office locations which is in San Francisco or Los Angeles, California.What You’ll DoPrimary relationship owner for assigned accounts.Set client program objectives and project timelines as part of start-up process.Manage all responsible parties for on-time, on-budget deliverables.Communicate client requirements to analysts, strategists, copywriters, developers and designers.Lead client strategy review sessions, internal and external start-up meetings.Oversee all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are met.Proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics.Advise best practices for online marketing strategies to drive client goals/metrics.Analyze the effectiveness of client programs, and recommend improvements or additional services as appropriate.Oversee client billing and forecasting.Analyze and report P/L, client by client, and aggregated.What You’ll Need To QualifyStrong performance and a Graduate in Bachelor’s degree program required.Knowledgeable in handling Pay Per Click Campaigns, SEO Campaigns, and/or Email Marketing Campaigns.Strong customer service orientation and project management experience.Extreme attention to detail, proactive, and has a take-charge attitude.Proficiency in GSuite and other platforms for collaboration.Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently.Ability to work in a variety of marketing projects/media (creative, analytical, technical, etc.)Preferably someone knowledgeable in JIRA/ AtlassianExperience in a startup environment or marketing agency a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Project management: 2 years (Preferred)Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
