Our team of digital strategists work with small, mid-sized, and enterprise-level businesses across every industry to help them reach more customers and grow.The Role: The Director of Paid Media will be responsible for the overall success of the Paid Media department in respect to our people, product and process for both internal team members and external constituents (sales reps, partners, and clients). They must have a strong background in managing a large group of different skill sets, while also having a robust knowledge of the current Paid Media/SEM space with major search engines and social platforms. The ideal candidate will also be a thought leader in this space that is constantly up to date on any algorithm changes and pivoting our deliverables or process as needed.In addition, this role has a strong business acumen to the daily and monthly activities including sales interaction, business development with partners and sales, understanding of retention numbers, department budgeting and forecasting, and escalation management.As you will be working with different departments, the ability to openly exchange ideas with a positive outlook while accepting critique from various personalities is a necessity.
