Working in the company’s office in Austin, Texas is required.Responsibilities for Education CoordinatorReview and screen information, resources, and curricula to educate new parents about pregnancy, adoption, and parenting.Review educational materials for compliance with Program standards.Communicate issues regarding reviews to the Senior Educational Materials Manager.Compile the reviews in tracking software, and monitor the review process as a whole, suggesting improvements as needed.Communicate issues or concerns regarding general educational material policies to Educational Materials Manager and Chief Program Director.Coordinate database of educational materials, ensuring that it is accurate, organized, and up to date.Respond to requests from Providers to provide additional educational materials and ensure that they are shipped and received by Providers making the request.Take on projects with escalated timelines and complete them well.Qualifications for Education CoordinatorStrong critical thinking and decision-making skillsAbility to analyze instructional pieces against required standardsLove of reading and learningExcellent writing skillsBachelor’s degree in English, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plusTeachers and educators are a great fit!Salary and BenefitsBenefits include full medical/dental/vision coverage for employee and family with $0 premium contributionGenerous maternity leave policy with availability to bring child to office from birth to 6 months3% Retirement Plan matchBase Salary is $42,000 – $46,000, negotiable depending on experienceFull time positionReady to Apply?You will not be considered for this position unless:You submit both a resume and a cover letterYour cover letter addresses why you want to work for a pro-life organizationJob Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 – $46,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Employees are encouraged to follow all public health guidance.Application Question(s):Why do you want to work for a pro-life organization?
