As Alight’s Employee Wellbeing Program Lead, you will support the Employee Experience & Wellbeing leader with the implementation of Alight’s wellbeing strategy. You will have a passion for helping to improve the lives of colleagues by supporting strategic initiatives and programs that contribute to a colleagues’ Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Wallet and Healthy Life.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the development and adoption of wellbeing initiatives delivered through our proprietary Alight Worklife employee experience platform. These initiatives will actively contribute to making Alight an even greater place to work by improving the overall wellbeing of our 16,000 colleagues worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, developing, and executing programs and initiatives that support the wellbeing and employee experience organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Work with key business partners to ensure successful adoption of existing and new wellbeing programs.
Support FoW (Future of Work) through the lens of wellbeing, providing detailed quantitative and qualitative data to steer partners.
Maintain Alight Worklife – our integrated digital HR and benefits platform that listens, learns and adapts, to drive greater wellbeing and deliver better business outcomes.
Support cultural initiatives that help create a “culture of wellbeing” across Alight.
Set-up and lead a community of colleague volunteers passionate about employee wellbeing.
Keep abreast of relevant trends, best practices, and legislative changes within the wellbeing space and make the necessary adjustments to our strategy.
Work with communications, marketing and talent acquisition to amplify Alight’s own employee wellbeing message internally and externally (e.g. careers site, social media channels, awards etc)
Track the adoption, return on investment and effectiveness of key employee experience, engagement and wellbeing programs.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
You will have strong project management skills, a bias for action and an ability to navigate a global organization to drive change for the betterment of Alight’s colleagues’ employee experience and wellbeing. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive outlook. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner. Careful attention to detail, accuracy in performing job duties and acts with a sense of urgency. Well-developed personal computer skills using internet, and MS Office programs. Adept at excel, PPT and experienced in translating data into meaningful charts and dashboards. Sound decision making ability using judgement and ingenuity while keeping Alight’s core values at forefront.
A passion for employee wellbeing and bettering the lives of colleagues.
Experience of navigating the connection between the US and global benefits space and it’s link to employee wellbeing.
Experience supporting and/or leading adoption of global projects.

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act Statement. Please note, offers are being determined on an individual basis. Alight takes into consideration the candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data and internal equity. The estimated minimum salary for this role is $70,000.00/year (full-time). In addition to the base salary, this position may be bonus eligible.
