If you are a detail-oriented champion of the people, eager to tackle a variety of projects and work in a fast-paced environment, come join our team as a HR Coordinator! You will be responsible for revising established company policies and recommending new policies to ensure legal compliance and the cultivation of a competitive workplace that will attract and retain top talent. You will partner with our Director of People and Strategy to fortify the existing foundational structure, identify new opportunities and get the opportunity to lead the charge in its end-to-end implementation, from ideation to execution.

Who you are:Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplineInternship, co-op or summer work experience in a challenging environmentInvolvement in extracurricular activities throughout your undergraduate program

How you will be contributing:Assist in the development and implementation of first company-wide HRIS system and subsequent maintenance and management to onboard and terminate employeesResearch, develop and implement a variety of new company-wide policies and programs including but not limited to career roadmaps, professional development, and DEIRemain up-to-date on ever-changing regulations surrounding employment laws to ensure legal compliance of all company policiesAdminister bi-monthly payroll across two payroll platforms, conducting regular system audits to ensure all employee are compensated in a timely manner
