Job Description : Skyline Assayer & Laboratories is seeking an Executive Level Administrative Professional to provide support for our Front Office as well as work closely with the President and CEO.

General Duties
Provides professional administrative services for the President & CEO.
Professional administrative services may include but are not limited to: greeting and directing visitors; answering telephones, taking messages, directing phone lines; maintaining department/office files, record keeping; keeping inventory of and ordering supplies for the office.
Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserve Executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintain Executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Represent the Executive by attending meetings in the Executive’s absence, speaking for the Executive.
Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Specific Duties
Candidate will work primarily as an administrative assistant to the President & CEO of Company.
Manage a complex calendar, prioritizing appointments, commitments, and meetings for the President & CEO; anticipate needs and ensure that the executive remains on schedule throughout the day; resolve potential conflicts and respond proactively with limited direction.
Manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.
Organize regular and ad hoc meetings involving administrators, staff, faculty, clients, or external organizations; compiling, organizing, and distributing materials as needed.
Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
Support front office staff and other administrators as needed.
Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business, supporting as needed, including running office and personal errands.
Assist the President with timely communication, both internal and external.
Coordinate and manage details for special events at the request of the President; This would include travel for conferences, meetings, client site visits, on-site meetings, and tours.
May be involved in high-level client contact with exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tactfulness, diplomacy, and judgment.
May also be required to act as representative for Skyline Assayers & Laboratories in meetings with client personnel and/or outside agencies.
This position will require knowledge of terminology, principles, practices, and procedures specific to the Industry of Mining and Exploration.
10% or more Travel Time yearly to conferences, Client Meetings, Client Sites, Etc…
