Location: Remote, Experience: 3+ years, Type: Full-time Exempt

Vaxxinity is a clinical-stage immunotherapeutic company formed through the combination of COVAXX and United Neuroscience, two independent subsidiaries of United Biomedical (one of the leading vaccine companies in the world consisting of seven operating entities). Led by a female CEO, in an informal values-driven start-up culture, Vaxxinity will control half a dozen development candidates targeting neurologic disorders, hypercholesterolemia and COVID-19. Vaxxinity is currently pre-selling and ramping up production and distribution for hundreds of millions of COVID-19 vaccines.

You will collaborate with a group of inspiring colleagues all over the globe who are working on disruptive projects, solving big problems and having a huge impact on the world. Vaxxinity is an international company, operating remotely from day one across several countries and team members worldwide. Role

We are searching for a dynamic, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate Executive Assistant. These positions will report to multiple VP, and executive level employees at Vaxxinity. We value enthusiasm, excitement, and a team-first attitude. Roles and responsibilities will vary dependent on the departments needs.

Responsibilities (duties are not limited to the below and may evolve over time depending on business needs and individual expertise)

Provides extensive administrative support to executives and respective departments
Manage highly complex calendars and execute multiple changes with quickly changing priorities
Manage fluid domestic and international travel including conference registration and visa procurement
Support recruitment activities by scheduling and managing candidate visits
Provide assistance in preparing presentations and reports
Provide backup support to other members of the administrative team as needed
Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be in various functional areas

Education / Experience

Minimum BS/BA in Business or related discipline
Minimum 3+ years’ experience
Previous pharma/biotech experience desired
Strong PPT skills mandatory

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing work priorities, and ability to maintain good working relationships
Ability to work with highly cross-functional and fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Self-starter with ability to deliver results while working independently
Comfort with ambiguity
Confidence working with senior executives, key opinion leaders, and dignitaries
In depth knowledge of company operations and excellent communication skills are required
Clever, flexible, and resourceful – must be able to work independently and know when/how to ask for help
A strong team player who supports their team and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work
Ability to influence decision making with or without authority, facilitate groups with diverse perspectives, across geographies, and bring teams to agreement
Strong interpersonal skills that build productive relationships and influence others across the company
Ability to give what it takes: demanding hours, with scheduling flexibility, with a start-up attitude of intense dedication
