Job Description : Executive Assistant/Office Manager Expected workload 20 hours per week (hybrid; In-office/remote)Cave Creek Capital Management is looking for an executive assistant/office manager to support our Managing Partner in our Phoenix office. This person will independently handle a variety of administrative and executive support related tasks. This person will be extremely organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an executive.The ability to efficiently operate in a fast paced environment and interact with staff (at all levels) with a high level of professionalism is vital to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.Who You Are:Highly organized, efficient, and demonstrate strong attention to detailSelf-starter and proactive problem solverExcellent time management and prioritizationExceptional communication and interpersonal skills – poised, professional, and articulateYou build trusting and collaborative relationshipsFlexible and willing to perform other duties as requestedTech savvy; expert with Google Calendar, Suite Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, etc.What You Will Be Doing: Maintain Outlook calendar and appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and business travelCreate research for weekly campaigns on social media to promote thought leadership in Private Equity on Twitter, LinkedIn and related social mediaAnswer phone, receive mail, ensure office equipment is operable (internet, computers, phones, printer, etc.)Assist with communications and required actions for internal and external deal teamsOrganize and maintain filing and digital foldersManage non profit initiatives and donationsPrimary contact for managed services provider, website manager, and VoIP providerCoordinate office landlord for support with IT, billing/invoicing, (Phoenix, Miami, Ft.
