Bring your future to our practice and benefit from:Healthcare benefitsRetirement benefitsWork-life balance and flexibility- starting employees receive two weeks of paid time offOpportunities to be mentored, mentor others and implement changeAbility to grow as we continue to expandAccess to industry experts, cutting-edge research, and professional development courses from neighboring universities to improve your skills.Your typical work includes the following: Answering a multi-line phone and providing helpful, accurate responses to inquiries by patients and doctors.Managing calendars for multiple doctors- ensuring that patients’ appointments, cancellations, reschedulings, last-minute adjustments, requests, and other issues are handled appropriately to ensure a) patient satisfaction b) meet dentistry goals c) help meet goals of the practice.Manage the intake of forms remotely prior to patients’ arrival and pre-registration.The prompt, gracious greeting and checking of arriving patientsChecking out patientsBuild and develop ongoing relationship with new and existing patients to grow reputation and generate revenueQualifications A minimum of two years of full-time dental reception experience in the last five years OR three years of part-time dental reception experience in the last five yearsExcellent phone skillsExperience with Dental softwareExperience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookWillingness to learn new skills is importantWorkdays and Hours: Monday through Friday during business hoursTraining: is paid and takes 2-3 weeks full time, or 4-6 weeks if performed part time.
