Job Description : STA Contracting Inc. is currently searching for qualified candidates to fill immediate openings on our custodial team at Red River Army Depot. All candidates must be able to pass a background check for base access.Ideal candidates will have professional experience in custodial or janitorial services, being able to work alone or in teams to provide general cleaning services at a timed rate of production, to include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, buffing floors, dusting, and other general housekeeping tasks in an office/warehouse setting.Employees will receive a competitive hourly wage + health and welfare stipend totaling $21/hr, union membership, paid milage on personal vehicles, and take part in a pension program.The Work Schedule is Mondays – Thursdays (7:30am – 4:00pm), with paid holidays, sick time, and vacation.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offRetirement planSchedule:10 hour shiftDay shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hooks, TX 75561: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Work Location: One location
