Job Description : Position Type: Full Time, Entry LevelLocation: Houston, TXJob Description: Our team of representatives will be responsible for engaging new customers with regards to products and services on behalf of our clients. The main responsibility of the Sales & Customer Service team is to develop new customers on behalf of our clients that will be long-lasting and loyal.The ideal candidates will have a natural ability to capture the attention of a room. They will be inviting and likable and have an ease of communicating with others.Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsNegotiate sales and close agreements to maximize profitsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryWorking with customers to ensure they are extremely satisfiedWork with customers on a face to face basis with the goal of acquiring new businessMaintaining sales quotas on a daily/weekly/monthly basisCommunicate with management and other team members in order to generate the highest level of revenueProcess new salesTrack sales data regularly in order to increase revenueLearn product knowledge and be able to provide customers with necessary informationDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsAnticipate and identify problems and proactively work to solve themMeet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basisCheck orders for accuracy to ensure all information provided is correctAccountable for meeting key factors in areas such as service and verbal communicationQualificationsPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plusAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedHigh school diploma (or equivalent)Full time availabilityJob Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
