Job Description : Job Description: Nurseio, Inc. is searching for an experienced Product Manager/Business Analyst to assist with expanding the current Nurseio software platform. This platform consists of both a web application and mobile application. Experience with SCRUM/Agile is must-have. As a PO/PM, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of the Nurseio platform and any API integration. In addition, PO/PM will be responsible for anticipating customer needs, taking requirements from current users, soliciting feedback on enhancements, prioritization of efforts, staying in communication with regulatory authorities on upcoming/proposed changes (e.g., CMS, Department of Health, Department of Labor, etc.). The PO/PM will transform requirements into actionable User Stories, Epics, Wireframes, and Flow diagrams (if applicable) maximizing user experience, product value, and will clearly communicate designs to Nurseio’s development team during Sprint Planning meetings.This is a remote position but we are looking for someone local for the occasional meetings.Duties and Responsibilities: · Monitoring current sprint progress· Attending daily stand up meetings (DSU)· Prioritization of the backlog for maximum value sorting· Designing and narrating new enhancements or fixes· Managing the development team’s priorities and meeting frequency· Attending partner integration/exploration meetings· Tracking progress of sprints, epics for delivery· Shadowing each user role for efficiency maximization· Support the overall company objectives with development initiatives· Define expected behaviors for user flow and user experience· Keep management informed of issues or regulatory changes which might impact the bottom line· Regularly meet with management with product roadmap updates· Quarterly meet with Nurseio executives and/or board for roadmap presentations/SWOT/etc.Skills Needed: Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Docs, Slack, Jira, Figma/Whimsical (or similar).Job Type: Full-timePay: $82,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you located in Arizona?Experience:Technical Product Managers & Owners: 1 year (Required)Figma: 1 year (Preferred)Whimsical: 1 year (Preferred)Google Docs: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Slack: 1 year (Preferred)Jira: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
