Job Description : Private family looking for a new Household Personal Assistant/Driver in the Miami Beach / Miami area! Your responsibilities as a Household Personal Assistant/Driver would include maintenance and oversight of property as well as driving responsibilities.The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience, a clean driving record, and has a discreet, positive, and collaborative personality.Personal Assistant / Driver Essential Functions: Responsible for assisting homeowners with the maintenance, care and operations of the home.Responsible for scheduling, overseeing and paying all 3rd party service vendors (pool company, plumber, electrician, contractor, landscaper, exterminator, art handlers, etc.)Assure the best quality of work and follow all household standards and expectations.Provide basic level of security, remain aware and watchful, recognize vulnerabilities.Assist other members of the household staff when needed. Communicate with principles’ executive assistants for schedule coordination and needs. We are a team.Drive principles, family members and guests to their destinations and wait as directed. This includes to the office, meetings, school, appointments, dinner engagements, airport, etc.Responsible for the care and maintenance of all family vehicles, jet skis and boat including washing the interior and exterior, regular inspections/service and making sure all are fully gassed.Keep routine household supplies in stock, informing when low on stock and placing orders as requested. Maintain updated emergency supplies in safe place.Responsible for setup and breakdown of parties and events.Run household errands.Help with carrying bags, moving boxes and furniture as necessary.Conduct minor repairs and see to repairs of more significant damage.Maintain household grounds, including:o Pool and fountain maintenance.o Cleaning and maintaining outdoor furniture.o Sprinkler and irrigation systems.o Oversight of landscape company.o Cleaning required areas such as power washing of outdoor patio, washing windows.o Dock maintenance.o Organization of boat, jet ski, pool and fishing supplies.Prepare grounds for changing weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering outdoor furniture, tying down or bringing in unsecured items, etc.Personal Assistant / Driver Qualifications: Minimum 3 years previous relevant experience required.Previous maintenance experience preferred.Flexible schedule required.Valid driver’s license & clean driving record required.Positive attitude.Works well with others.Organized.Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.Ability to lift heavy items.English speaking.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
