Job Description : The HR assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside the HR department, from coordinating interviews to recruiting. This position requires a detailed focused individual who would like to gain experience with Human Resources and Employee Relations. *On-the-job training provided.Human Resources Assistant Job Responsibilities:Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting new hire orientation, maintaining records and information.Create and post job descriptions and pre-screen candidates for open positions and schedule interviews.Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.Maintains strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitive information and documents.Assist with tracking the bonus program, discipline/safety logs and hiring/recruiting tracking.**Computer, time management, communication skills and the ability to work independently**Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
