Job Description : Our client is a scaling, international e-commerce platform for manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers. They are expanding their global HR team and are eager to add a new HR Business Partner to the NYC base!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$90,000 – $110,000
Position Overview:
The HR Business Partner will focus on delivering the best employee and manager experience to the global organization by enabling everyone to be their best selves without losing sight of the company’s interests. The ideal candidate for this HR Business Partner role will have a progressive vision of HR and will be excited to make an impact for a fast-growing international scale-up!
Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
Be the trusted advisor to stakeholders
Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR
Help employees and managers to get the most out of their personal development
Enable Executives and Managers to enable their team to perform to the best of their abilities
Work on impactful HR projects, such as the implementation of a Global HR Information System
Take the company’s Learning & Development journey to the next level
Qualifications for the HR Business Partner:
3 – 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
1 – 2 years of experience as a HR Business Partner
Experience as an HR Business Partner at a Global capacity is a plus
Experience within an international environment and/or scale-up is a plus
Experience working with topics such as performance management, global HR services, talent management, and learning & development
Knowledge about learning and experimenting with continuous and blended learning
Project management skills to bring impactful HR projects to success
Proven track record of building HR policies and procedures
Passionate about HR technology and data-driven HR
Ability to work well in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Warm and approachable personality
Progressive vision of HR
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree is required
