Job Description : Human Resources & Office AdministratorExcellent Opportunity for an accomplished Human Resources & Office Administrator to run the Human Resources, Day-to-Day Finances, and Administration of a prestigious “Family Office”.You will ensure the smooth and proactive operation of the “Family Office” that manages the investment portfolio and personal financial affairs for a significant US-based family that owns and operates a large multi-national business in the hospitality space.Our client is in the process of building out their human resources, accounting, tax, and operational infrastructure. Based in Southern Florida, you’ll be part of an organization with great company culture, offering top compensation, annual bonus, and benefits!ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesWork with the CFO to administer the Human Resources programAct as a point person for onboarding new hires and coordination of departuresEnsure proactive communication with team on HR mattersDevelop and maintain HR policies and proceduresAdminister employee benefits programs, act as the liaison between benefit providers and teamMaintain employee filesFinancialResponsible for expense and grant processingManage vendor relationships, requests, and paymentsResearching and resolving issues or discrepancies with accounts, bill pay or invoicesPerforming monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card accountsAssist with year-end reporting of 1099’sMaintain and organize filing (electronic and paper)Administrative Support and OtherSupport the CFO and the accounting group for their administrative support needsSpecial projects as neededRequirementBachelor’s degree in a related fieldMinimum 5+ years experience working in a corporate/professional setting*2+ years working with general Human Resources, Onboarding, and/or Recruiting experience2+ years handling Day-to-Day office finances, administration, and ensuring smooth operationsStrong computer skills are required, including proficiency in QuickBooks Online, G-Suite, and MS Office.
