Ideal candidate is success driven, someone who can provide strategic vision, insight and leadership for a success driven organization. This person will report directly to firm Management to maximize efficiencies and innovation as well as work in initiatives key to ongoing firm development. Will oversee, guide and work alongside staff and firm leadership to augment procedures, create new programs and create greater efficiencies.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:*Payroll,*HR,*Recruiting,*Marketing,*IT Technology, and*Facilities Management.This is for a firm known for its tremendously positive work environment and for its outstanding retention its most valued assets, its people.
