We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. Since opening in 2011, we have added over 500 providers throughout our six locations, and we are continuing to grow!About the RoleThe Intake Coordinator serves as the initial contact for new client intakes and referrals for all locations. They are trained to make educated decisions about placements as well as establish healthy relationships with clients by educating and setting expectations about insurance, authorizations, payments, and individual provider policies. Intake Coordinators perform an essential function in supporting providers to be matched appropriately with new clients who are seeking mental health services.ResponsibilitiesUse customer service phone techniques to create a warm and welcoming environment for new clients accessing care for the first time.Follow communication guidelines when handling different topicsIdentify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mileDemonstrate excellent attention to detail when entering client dataMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsSkillsPrevious experience in a customer support roleTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices (preferred)We provide our full-time employees with: Generous PTO401(k) savings plan with employer matching upon eligibilityHealth, dental, and vision insurance through PremeraLife InsuranceAdditional benefits: Eligible for a $1 pay increase after successful completion of 90 day introductory periodEarn an additional $2 per hour on weekendsProfessional development training and opportunities for advancementWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a progressive workplace based on teamwork, integrity, and customer service.
