We are hiring highly creative, energetic professionals to join our high-performing organization and help us execute against our vision to expand our cutting-edge health promoting beverages and sports nutrition products worldwide.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitors and maintains current inventory levels;Records purchases, maintains database, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.Cycle Count ProgramCycle Count Root Cause Analysis and RepairScrap AdministrationDevelop Inventory Process EnhancementsInvestigate Daily Inventory IssuesCoordinate and Lead the Yearly Physical Inventory with AccountingMonitor FEFO is maintained across all distribution center.Analyze inventory statistics. This includes performing analytics to determine which products are selling the most and which are under-performing, analyzing weeks on hand for individual skus.Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedMinimum Job Requirements3 year’s experience in a similar role.Familiarity with SAP and EDI programs is a PlusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredKnowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.Database management skills.Ability to analyze and solve problems.Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.Must have advanced excel skills, including: Create spreadsheets, create pivot tables and charts, use and write formulas and functions, be fluent in: Vlookup, Contact, and conditional formatting, use sort, filter, and other data analysis functionsTeam PlayerSense of urgency and capable of working under pressure.Must have advanced excel skills, including: Create spreadsheets, create pivot tables and charts, use and write formulas and functions, be fluent in: VLOOKUP, Contact, and conditional formatting, use sort, filter, and other data analysis functionsSense of urgency and capable of working under pressure.Focus on work accuracy and attention to detail.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Phoenix, AZ 85009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Food and Beverage: 3 years (Preferred)Inventory Control: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
