Position : IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2- Scottsdale, AZ
Job Description : Cerberus Sentinel has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Account Manager in our Secured Managed Services (SMS) practice. As a member of the Managed IT Services team, the candidate will be responsible for providing support to our customers on all technical aspects of desktop computers, laptops, servers, printers, network infrastructure, mobile devices, and various wireless equipment on Microsoft, Apple, and Android platforms. Our support requests come in via online ticket system and incoming phone calls.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES· Work with Level I service desk team on all incoming tickets and attempt to resolve or escalate to Level III.· Perform onsite work as needed at customer offices.· Work remotely from home when not scheduled onsite with a customer.· Assist with various customer projects.· Provide end user support for all desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.· Provide support for basic Microsoft Windows Server roles. (AD, DHCP, DNS, File, Print)· Utilize security procedures and tools to protect customer infrastructure.· Troubleshoot hardware failure on desktops, laptops, and servers.· Assist level III team on network hardware and infrastructure issues.· Provide support on all aspects of Office 365 Administration.SKILLSET· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills· Ability to quickly learn new technologies and environments· Excellent verbal/written communication skills· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independentlyREQUIREMENTS· Locally based out of Arizona.· Must be available to work remotely and from customer offices when scheduled.· 2-5 years working experience supporting technology for customers.· Strong troubleshooting skillset.· Preferred experience supporting network infrastructure· Preferred relevant certifications and/or education.SCHEDULE: · Flexible schedule depending on work demands and client needs.· General working hours are 8:00am-5:00pm AZ time, Monday-Friday· We work with companies nationwide and across multiple time zones.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Work Location: One location
