Position : Lab Manager
Job Description : Lighthouse Lab Services is looking for an experienced Lab Manager to join an independent reference lab based in Broomfield, CO. This person needs to have experience validating thermo fisher instruments, creating SOP’s and working in a clinical laboratory setting.
This is Monday through Friday day shift position. Candidate must be comfortable working autonomously. There is a lot of room for growth in this position. It is important that this person be able to fill the role of Technical Supervisor on the CLIA paperwork.
Primary Responsibilities;
Assist in equipment validation
Assist in creating processes and protocols
Ensure SOP’s and laboratory is up to CLIA standards
Report patient results with delegation from director
Assist in tech transfer from parent company located in France
Preferred Profile:
Ph.D or Master’s degree in Science related field
3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience
Previous experience with Thermo Fisher LCMSMS REQUIRED
Previous experience working in a start up lab environment
Salary and Benefits;
90k+ depending on experience
