Job Description : The Hackensack, New Jersey office of boutique defense firm Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC has multiple opportunities for lawyers with 2-7 years of experience to join our team. Our cases primarily involve product liability, premises liability, intentional torts, trucking and construction, many with insurance coverage and risk transfer issues. New Jersey admission, court experience and superior writing skills are required. Admission to federal court and New York are both a plus. We actively mentor our associates and offer the ability to handle matters from inception to conclusion, including trial experience.
