Job Description : 4QL Solutions is urgently seeking a dedicated, motivated and dynamic courier driver to assist with our medical/specimen delivery and collection operation throughout the city.We pride ourselves on speed, accuracy and efficiency and are looking for a courier with great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.If you have a great work ethic, love flexibility, and can think on your feet, then we want to hear from you!Essential Certification, Skills & Experience· Valid Driver’s License· Minimum of 1 year’s courier driving experience· Own vehicle – Car or small van is perfect, no older than 2008 year of manufacture· Proper insurance to cover the vehicle for business/work use· Experience using mobile app, navigation apps, and/or handheld POD devices· Excellent communication skills· Good problem-solving skills· Outstanding attention to detail· Quick thinking skills and ability to critically think· Great customer service skills· Reliable and flexible with regards to working hours· Able to follow clear and specific instructions regarding to navigating to locations· Confident driver who drives with care, courtesy and thought for other road users· Dynamic and able to adapt to changing situations· Have the physical ability to lift up to 50lbs of weight· Good knowledge of local routes/roads and traffic hotspots· Ability to pass a drug screening testDuties & Responsibilities· Pickup and collect items throughout the city from various medical/clinical settings· Drive up to 125 miles per day total· Complete designated route within specified territory· Identify items going to the correct location, and pick ups from the correct location by using your attention to detail skills· Solve any problems that arise such as mistakes from the offices/clinics and communicate effectively with the dispatch team to resolve any issues that arise· Ensure proof of delivery and collection is obtained· Work independently to complete your daily duties· Provide excellent customer care to our clients you are collecting and delivering to· Be positive and keep confidentiality as your top priority· Navigate metro, rural, and remote cities and towns· Strive to always be on timeWhat we offer· Flexible working hours with over 3 different shifts available· Excellent company culture and work environment· Great pay· Paid bi-monthly· Performance Bonuses· Monthly incentives· Recognition of hard workAt 4QL we strive to create a diverse, inclusive, and equal working environment, we respect our employee’s and expect the same in return.
