They are expected to promote excellent customer service both in person and over the phone while performing a variety of functions and assisting in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office.Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities: Patient registration.Insurance verifications.Over the phone scheduling/appointment confirmation.Payment processing along with financial counseling.All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the staff, and to provide supplemental support, as required or assigned.Qualifications: Relevant customer service/front office/call center experience required.Bachelor’s > Associate’s > Current college — are a plus but not required.Spanish a plus but not required.NO smartphone usage at work policy.An A+ customer service-oriented attitude is a must.Pay Rate: Starting at $24.00 per hour, negotiable for star performers.About PAD Specialists: We are a rapidly growing chain of outpatient medical offices that specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). We have multiple facilities throughout Texas — Houston, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pasadena, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Edinburg, Brownsville, Laredo, and Austin. Coming soon: El Paso, Dallas, Atlanta, and Little Rock. We emphasize the highest quality of patient care and customer service. We seek long-term employees to join our team, individuals with high standards for excellence, and a desire to learn and grow professionally. We offer excellent on-the-job training and pay at the highest end of the scale.Benefits including health and life insurance, 2 weeks PTO + paid federal holidays. All positions begin with a 60-day Compatibility Period, which will be elaborated on early during the hiring process. Mandatory drug screen and background checks. Hours are mostly Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, although there will be some early and late days. An occasional weekend day may be asked of you.
