Job Description : As a well-established local company, Diamond Bakery is looking for aggressive, self-starter for part-time Merchandiser position. Chosen employee will be responsible for merchandising cracker and cookie products in grocery stores to ensure adequate product availability on the shelf and on displays.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain appropriate product levels in the cracker & cookie aisle and display locations throughout the account.Maintain clean and organized back-room inventory of product.Meet customer service expectations through communication, problem resolution and follow-up with retail sales management.Maintain a professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers.Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products according to date codes.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience working with minimal supervision.Ability to lift / carry products weighing approximately 25 lbs.Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record and reliable transportation.Work ScheduleNoon to 8pm on SundayFlexible hours on Monday & Tuesday and occasionally SaturdayTotal of 16-20 hours per week on averageJob Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
