Pay rate: $37.03/hr w2 + benefits

Responsibilities:
SBEs are responsible for providing a white glove experience to Client’s Business Assist subscribers (M365 Support). Business Assist is a paid subscription that provides a seamless and ticketless support focused experience for subscribers. The SBE role enables Businesses Assist customers to get more out of their subscriptions by focusing on the Business Value the customer is looking to achieve and providing effortless technical support. SBE assist customers in all facets of their services (e.g. onboarding, billing support, managing subscription, activating MS applications, troubleshooting, migrations, Domain management). BA support also extends to proactive outreach to check-in on customers and the health of their services/business solutions.
