Position : Nanny / Family Assistant
Job Description : Job Description – Full-time Nanny for Boulder, CO Family Seeking an immediate, full-time, experienced nanny/family assistant to a busy, loving, and inclusive family in Boulder, CO with a 9-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will be warm, caring, engaging, proactive, organized, passionate about children’s health development, honest and a great communicator.Responsibilities: – Full-time, flexible availability (40 hrs/week)- Holistic mindset toward child’s mental, physical, and emotional development- Manage child’s schedule and communication between two households/coparents- Daily transportation to/from school, activities, and appointments- Schedule appointments and maintain all personal documents including applications, medical care, wellness, travel- Coordinate activities including but not limited to school, tutors, sports, arts, playdates, travel, performances, and important events- Help child get ready for school in the mornings and complete homework in the afternoons- Light meal prep occasionally- Manage and organize child’s wardrobe and gear needs and purchases, tracking and reporting all expenses- Work with other household staff and personal assistants to support the needs of the family- During the day if childcare management duties are complete, helping the family with some errands, household organizing and pet care- Occasional travel with the family- domestic and international- Occasional evenings and weekend hours requiredSkills/Characteristics- Enjoys being active and planning activities- Able to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced & fluid schedules- Strong communication, organization, and scheduling skills- Team player and positive attitude for seamless support to the family- Knows when to “step in” and “step out” without direction; anticipates the needs of the family and is eager to pitch in- High level of discretion and professionalism- Tutoring/educational experience highly preferred- Spanish speaking a plus- Enjoys pets, preferably not allergic to catsQualifications- At least 3yrs nanny experience with excellent references- Ability to commit long-term to a full-time nanny position- Willing to go through extensive background check- Must be eligible to work in the US- US driver’s license, excellent driving record, reliable transportation- Valid passport and ability to travel in the US and international- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID and willing to share proof of immunizations- CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)CompensationCompetitive- Dependent on ExperienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $33.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Must be fully vaccinated against COVID and willing to share proof of immunizationsAbility to commute/relocate:Boulder, CO 80304: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Nannying: 3 years (Required)Professional Nannying: 3 years (Required)Language:Spanish (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)CPR Certification (Required)Work Location: One location
