Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate all of the planning, communication, and ordering of supplies necessary to complete projects, track operations performance, and provide customer service and sales support.*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Complete project planning documents and operations schedules.Provide information and follow up with clients throughout the planning and completion of their projects.Create weekly operations KPI scorecards.Lead weekly meetings for operations and administrative teams.Manage timelines for projects and provide coordination for dispatch of crew based on daily progress.Track inventory and restock weekly, or as needed.Oversee the generation of proposals/estimates.Ensure schedule coverage, receive communications, provide approval and make associated changes to schedule for sick days and requests off from technicians.Recommend training and coaching for the Operations Managers and other technicians.Assess workflow and make recommendations for employment changes, such as hiring more technicians or performance improvement recommendations.Any other duties, as assigned.**REQUIRED SKILLS:Basic SkillsAbility to manage multiple calendars, schedules, and correspondence.Ability to work independently, applying solid judgment and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize daily workload and other demands.Ability to type 40-45 WPM.Ability to train, monitor, and instruct all employees to meet established standards of conduct for the Company.Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Talking to others to convey information effectively.Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.Monitoring and assessing the performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.Proficiency with software such as Excel, Word, and QuickBooks is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication.Social SkillsExceptional interpersonal skills to interact with existing and prospective clientsSocial perceptiveness, which is being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.Coordination with adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions.Service orientation mentality, which is actively looking for ways to help people.Negotiation tactics including bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.Instructing and teaching others how to perform a task.**System SkillsAbility to manage and/or create systems while considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate option.Determining how a process should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.**Physical DemandsThe employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach and lift with arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to frequently lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
