You will also be the primary accounting bookkeeper, payroll administrator, report writer, corporate policy and insurance resource for the owner. With a wide variety of other office management responsibilities each day, this is a once in a lifetime chance to find a work culture where you will want to work for years to come.QUALIFICATIONS: US work authorization requiredHS Graduate requiredAssociates, Bachelors or Business School degree with concentrated coursework in Accounting, finance, business or related field preferredPrior people management experience a plusEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: Must have 3+ years of Office Management experience incorporating a wide variety of dutiesPayroll Experience a plusQuickBooks reporting experience a plusSolid understanding of QuickBooks or other accounting software, basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersProficient and strong Computer skills (MS Office) and telephony equipment and systemsProven critical thinking, logic and problem-solving skills a mustExcellent verbal, written communication and client service skillsBe adaptable, flexible and detail orientedWork independently; part of a team and be able to lead others in the officeProven ability to manage confidential information is critically importantRESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all daily operations and off-site locations for the companyManage all financial and bookkeeping functions; reporting as requiredBudgeting and forecasting as needed with the PresidentOversee all office functions: supplies, postage, equipment, leasesMaintain and track all corporate filings, reports, certifications, business licensesAssist the President, IT and HR in special projects as neededLiaison to external vendors and accounting firmDirect the daily duties for the Office Assistant and others as neededIf this sounds like you, we would like to speak further!Apply by sending a cover letter and your resume.
