Job Description : Family in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Personal Driver/ Assistant.Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):Vehicle maintenance (oil changes, detailing, insurance, inspections, registration, etc.) – the family has a number of cars and boatBusiness management tasks such as paying billsErrands, personal shoppingPet care – arrangement of boarding or pet sitting while family is traveling. They have 2 Labrador retrieversManage and upkeep offsite storage with holiday decor, seasonal furniture and vehiclesMisc tasks as needed by employersIn addition, you will provide safe and courteous transportation to the family and their guests. You are responsible for the vehicle and the people and valuables in it, planning the route and adapting as needed. You also are responsible for keeping the vehicles clean, well maintained and available when needed. When not driving you will run errands and find other ways to be helpful to the family and company. The right person for this position has professional driving experience and training. Chauffeur responsibilities:On-call driver to take to airport, meetings, events, outings, etcPlan trips ahead of time to optimize for safety, comfort, and speedKeep the vehicle stocked with drinks and other suppliesKeep the vehicles clean and well-maintainedHelp carry in luggage or packagesRun errands for office and personalCandidate must be extremely flexible, and willing to go the extra mile. Must be reliable, timely and respectful. There are children in the home as well as other household staff. Candidate must be:Organized, detail oriented, and excellent at follow throughAble to work independently and proactivelyExcellent with multi-tasking and problem solvingConfident and thick-skinned – able to handle stress with professionalismJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Austin, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Must have previous executive driver experience and referencesEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
