Job Description : Great career opportunity for an experienced Medical Practice Administrator to join a well-established comprehensive ophthalmology/optometry practice in Scottsdale, AZ.Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of a busy medical practice: Manage Staff of 30 as well as mid-level managersWorking closely with all employees and departmentsFinancial and Performance Analysis and ForecastingRecruitmentSupervisory AuthorityInsurance CredentialingHuman ResourcesCompliance and RegulationMarketing and social media activitiesPlanning and DevelopmentVendor ManagementRequired Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience managing a 25+ staff private medical practice.Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and any Practice Management and EMR system.Strong leadership and project management skills.Outstanding written, and verbal communication abilities.Good financial management and planning skills.Good knowledge of Marketing in order to grow our practice.Strong HR skills are crucial.We are planning on hiring immediately and offering competitive compensation and benefits package.
