We are a skilled and respected cushion manufacturing company with a design twist!

Currently accepting applications for Packers. This is an entry level role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Packing of Cushions and Pillows in bags and/or boxes.
Placing labels, closing and taping boxes and bags.
Ability to learn products by style, name and number.
Meet and exceed established production quantities.
Meet and maintain quality of work status.
Assist as needed with training and transitioning of new and/or transferred employees.
Perform other duties as assigned. Support and comply with all company policies, procedures and programs.

Requirements
Must be manually proficient and skillful with manual labor.
Must be able to work 10 hours a day and flexible to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to lift, up to 40 lbs above the head on a frequent basis.
Must be able to push carts loaded with over 100 lbs of product on a frequent basis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required to maintain production goals.
Energetic and strong work ethic.
