Job Description : Italy based company, specialized in the manufacturing and marketing of packaging machines since 1997. Their targeted customer group is extremely wide and varied, ranging from small companies with low production packaging needs to multinational corporations. The main customers include Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Ferrero, Ikea, Bimbo, Kimberly Clark and Univeler.Job DutiesAssist with office coordination and daily management.Daily walk through to ensure the facility is orderly.Mailing and emailing (scanning) invoices to customers.Reconciling freight bills.Looking up filed invoices and paperwork when necessary.Filing.Update customer contact info as needed.Access to postage and label machines.Answering phones and directing calls.Taking and directing guests upon arrival.The receiving and distributing of mail and packages.Kitchen duties – dishwasher and keeping supplies stocked.Keeping the refrigerator stocked with water in the conference room.To perform other duties or projects as assigned.Additional DetailsReports to: Office ManagerFully in-officeReason job is open: Current receptionist was promotedRequirementsHigh School DiplomaMicrosoft Office (1-5 years)Office Experience (1-5 years)Bilingual (preferred)Lite accounting or bookkeeping (preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
