Job Description : ARS Rescue Rooter is seeking a Take Charge Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role can work fully remote, but we are looking for someone that lives in the Pacific Time Zone only. This Recruiter will be recruiting for our Northern California Region. This is considered a Junior Recruiter role. To include: job board identification, internal job postings, employee referral program, corporate training, management training, etc.Coordinates budget, program materials, venue logistics, and participant evaluation for learning programs.Web content master for the corporate human resources portal on the Intranet. Coordinate website design with internal and external specialists, responsible for updating web content, researching talent management resources, serving as contact for site questions, feedback and recommendations.Administers all e-learning programs, including participant registration and monitoring usage, completion, and feedback collection and reporting. Manage the Development Lending LibraryVendor management responsibilities within talent management to include – recruitment advertising agency, job boards, e-learning, etc.Assists corporate managers in recruiting candidates for a variety of corporate positions.Including: Performs all recruiting functions including labor market research, sourcing, scheduling, screening, interviewing, applicant assessment and reference checking for designated corporate positions.Develops and maintains effective working relationships with hiring manager.Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regional and local best practices.Acts as a resource to managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures.Provides input to Corporate Human Resources on new initiatives policies and practices.Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:· Bachelor’s degree in related field. 1-2 years’ experience in a related field.· Related experience .· Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.· This job requires the ability to create and interpret spreadsheets and operate general office machines.ARS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
