Job Description : We are a dental consulting company looking to bring in Consultants or THE BEST Regional Dental Managers, to pivot into practice management consulting. A lot of our consulting is virtual from home, but– we do travel! AND WE FREAKING LOVE IT!! And we need a ROCKSTAR to join our team as our next Dental Consultant! This is an opportunity to become a dental consultant and get 100% trained! *** We will ONLY hire an individual within the states of AZ/NV/UT, and please note, we travel NATIONWIDE, so you will be required to travel out of state for offices!***The nuts and bolts of the job really come down to everything you do as an office manager, but you will be consulting in offices across the nation. Must-haves for the position: 2 years + as Regional Dental Office Manager or Dental Consultant running reports, KPIs, and meetingsPreferable a minimum of 1 year in clinical experienceCreated and led team trainingManagement experience in private practice with revenue at $4MExperience driving monthly goalsReviewing overhead and looking for ways to improveMonthly 1:1s with team membersBilling- running AR reports, adjustments, claims, etc.Has increased team morale and retentionPresenting TX plansConvincing people to change – this is the real challenge to consulting!Since travel is 50%, reside within 40 minutes to a major airport.Reside in AZ, UT or NVWhat sets us apart?
