The Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of Talent Acquisition services to Clients leaders and associates. This position delivers high quality candidates and advances the Client brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the company at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near-and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. This role will
also perform some “grass-roots” recruiting in the Alaska market, by building relationships with schools and community organizations.
Job Description:
Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting
Confer with Account Manager to identify personnel needs, and search assignments.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Prescreens candidates, and present to hiring managers for approval and interview process to begin.
Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
Helps hiring managers with the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepares candidates for interviewing with and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
Reviews the hiring manager’s interview evaluation on each candidate and tracks appropriately in the ATS.
Assists extending offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the compensation policy.
Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting.
Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
Education:
Minimum High School diploma.
