Positions Requested – 1
Total Hours – 3 month contract initially
Rate – $25/HR W2
Description
Prefer candidates who previously worked as Corporate Recruiters/Headhunters
Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using/analyzing labor market data recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales and/or technical roles
Strong influencing skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects and their progress
Must be flexible and adaptable to the changes of activity
Candidate required to be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
