Job Description : Aloha! Do you have experience with Escapia or another vacation property reservation software? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you! We are a boutique real estate firm that specializes in selling and managing short term vacation rentals on the west side of Maui and we are growing FAST! We are looking for a motivated self starter who has keen attention to detail, flexibility in their schedule, great communication skills and is capable of multitasking to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate would help book reservations on Escapia, AirBnB, field calls from potential guests and assist in keeping inventory organized and up to date. Occasionally, we may need this person to perform Quality Control Inspections for our 70 vacation condos (all in West Maui), report maintenance issues, coordinate with housekeeping team.Tasks include but aren’t limited to:-Escapia Reservationist-Organizing the storage unit-Running tasks as needed-Frequent reporting to Property ManagerThis is a part time position that has great opportunity to become full time in the near future as we continue to add more condos to our rental program. We would love to find someone that could potentially work three days or more a week. We also are looking for a quality control inspector and will cross train on both positions.Our posted rate is for starting.
