You will strive to work diligently with your crew to provide home and building owners with the highest quality roofs in the state!Work with our team to exercise and advance your skills within the roofing industry!Responsibilities:Adhere to all OSHA/HIOSH safety regulations — Safety is our number one priority at Kapili!Work cooperatively within your crew to complete work orders as assigned.Respect production management and crew foreman.Learn acceptable methods on various roof installations. — Learn on the job!Qualifications:Drivers LicenseAbility to work cooperatively with other team members.Commitment to showing up daily, on time and ready to work.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Team and Company Oriented Attitude.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 – $40.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeAbility to commute/relocate:Hawaii: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Construction: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
