Position : Sales Research Associate
Job Description : The Sales Research Associate is responsible for implementing a comprehensive plan for identification, cultivation and solicitation of prospective districts, educators, administrators, and helping to drive demand and generate growth of the National Inventors Hall of Fame’s (NIHF) education/enrichment marketplace for Prek-12 programs.Position Responsibilities: Lead efforts to collect, organize, scrub, validate, and synthesize large quantities of data into a user-friendly and concise format for the use of the NIHF Sales Team.Create prospecting communications such as letters, emails, and marketing materials.Prepare Letters of Intent, Proposals and Reports for district partnerships.Develop targeted mailing lists; coordinate production of mailing.Continually update and maintain database records.Work in partnership with NIHF leadership to implement strategic goals.Perform special assignments and other projects as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to manage time and tasks in an organized and efficient manner.Demonstrated skill in cultivating and validating prospective district information.Demonstrated skill in coordinating outreach to prospects for sales team members, via mailings or other forms of communication.Demonstrated skill in maintaining data in Salesforce and documenting communication plans.Credentials and Experience: Bachelors degreeEducation research experienceBenefits of working for the National Inventors Hall of Fame include: Competitive benefit offerings, including; medical, dental, vision, life, flexible spending, disability401K plan and up to a 4% employer matchPaid time off, paid holidays, paid year-end closure (12/24-1/1)Critical Illness/Hospital/Accident Supplemental Income plans availablePet Insurance plans availableOn-site workout facilityFlexible workday scheduling, work from home time – up to one day per weekGreat team environment, opportunities for growth, and culture focused on professional developmentJob Type: Full-time
