Job Description : Your MissionThe Scheduling Coordinator is an integral part of the daily operations for Arizona’s #1 home and commercial inspection company. As a Scheduling Coordinator you will be in a upbeat environment, interacting over the phone with AJF clients helping them through the inspection scheduling process. Having great attention to detail and strong communication skills will help you be successful. The Scheduling Coordinator’s main objective is to provide clients with a wonderful customer service experience from the first phone call through the delivery of our service. DAYS: Sat-Mon 8am-2pm required. Other days optionalKey Objectives: · Deliver exceptional service to our clients and team members.· Schedule home inspection orders and collect all necessary details to ensure smooth executionDuties and Responsibilities: · Receive phone calls and respond to client emails in a positive, friendly professional manner.· Assist in the order taking, scheduling and preparation of inspections.· Coordinate all information/documents needed for each day’s scheduled inspections.· Ensure compliance in following AJF’s process and procedures to deliver exceptional support for clients and inspection team.· Update and maintain CRM/Scheduling database as needed.· Perform other tasks as assigned.Key Skills: · Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal· Love working both on the computer and phone· Ability to multitask in a busy, small office while maintaining confidentiality & professionalism· Strong organizational and planning skills· Extremely detail oriented· Must be results driven and willing to follow an accountability process for self and team· Flexible, reliable, and self-motivated· People person with a service attitude· Be a team player and cooperate with all co-workers· Excels in an incentive-based bonus structure· Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint· Previous scheduling, call center, administrative, and/or customer service experience preferred· Education: High school diploma with some college or business training preferred· Full Time position also available.Updated as of June 9, 2021.
