Job Description : Growth and learning opportunity available for a caring professional that wants to further develop their skills and knowledge in healthcare, while making a difference in patient’s lives. This full-time career opportunity has a Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm schedule. In this medical office position you’ll get to:Schedule patients for exams, and input/update patient information in our medical system.Answer high volume of phone calls.Provide superior customer service, utilizing good judgment that meets and/or exceeds the expectations of patients or visitors.Complete daily procedure log and other tasks as assigned by management.JOB REQUIREMENTSWe’re looking for dependable and professional candidates with at least 1 year of recent medical/radiology office work experience, computer skills, a High School Diploma, medical terminology knowledge, and working knowledge of insurances (PPO’s, HMO’s insurances).
