Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Motion Picture Screen Credits Department! We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented and works efficiently in a fast-paced team setting. This applicant must also have exceptional communication skills and be able to effectively and professionally collaborate with all levels of studio management, outside production personnel and associated guilds. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Proofread screen credits for accuracy, and assure compliance with guild requirements
Support the department with review of marketing materials, publicity notes and press releases
Prepare and submit Academy consideration forms for all theatrically released films, per calendar year
Collaborate directly with the Motion Picture Association, the Producers Guild of America, the Writers Guild of America and the Directors Guild of America to obtain necessary ratings, waivers and approvals
Assist with Writers Guild of America screen credit arbitrations
Maintain the department’s credit templates, contract database and distribution lists for upcoming features
Perform general administrative duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining thorough files
Distribute departmental reports, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of entertainment experience at a motion picture studio or major production company
Deep proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Additional Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
Handle multiple projects simultaneously under limited supervision, in a fast-paced environment
Superb proofreading skills and keen attention to detail are a must
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to function cohesively and effectively in a team setting
Interact with studio and production personnel of all management level
