Job Description : Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership seeking Service Advisor. Experience preferred but not required for the right applicant.Service Advisors are responsible for greeting and communicating with clients in person, via phone, and through e-mail to schedule vehicle service and also keep customers informed of status. Service Advisors also interact with technicians and parts departments. You do not have to be a car expert or technician yourself, honestly these days you mostly have to be a people-person and be good at communicating!A number of computer systems are used (CDK Drive, in the near future switching to DealerTrack DMS, XTime, a few other portals/ systems will be required), applicants must be able to navigate these systems and communicate competently via text and e-mail when necessary.This is a great role for people who don’t like the mundane. Every day is a little different, you are definitely kept on your toes and above all just need to be organized, able to communicate well and keep people (techs and customers) informed.Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5 or 7:00 PM (depending on which advisor closes that evening)Pay: Salary based plus commissionApplicants must pass drug test and background check.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payCOVID-19 considerations:Following state and local Covid precautions.License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
