If you share the same values, we want you to be a part of our team.PRIMARY PURPOSE · Provide mentoring and supervision to office and program staff to provide the services, information, support, and encouragement parents need to help their children develop optimally during the crucial early years of life by implementing a quality home visiting program.· Possess the ability to understand and perform within the organizational structure of culture-based education (CBE) and family engagement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES · Supervise a team of home visitors providing services for families who are prenatal through kindergarten entry.· Responsible for implementing all aspects of the home visiting program, including but not limited to: reporting, management, coordination, recruitment, model fidelity under the direction of the Program Director and Regional Program Manager.Work within the community to ensure collaboration and coordination of services.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Skills / Knowledge · Function as a “Mandated Reporter” in areas of suspected child abuse.· Strong background and knowledge of Hawaiian culture, values and traditions.· Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.· Advanced knowledge of computer skills, calendar, Internet, curriculum and data entry/tracking.· Strong writing skills and demonstrated reporting and data tracking capabilities.· Demonstrated sensitivity and compassion to the needs of parents and children.· Demonstrated capacity to train staff on implementing home visiting screening tools (i.e. depression, intimate partner violence, child development), family planning/birth spacing and required evaluation documents.· Willing and available to occasionally work on some Saturdays, Sundays or evenings.· Maintain a clean driving abstract.Education / Training · Master’s Degree and two (2) years’ experience in social work, clinical psychology, nursing, or counseling OR Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years’ experience in social work, clinical psychology, nursing, or counseling.· Bachelor of Education degree or related field preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $24.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)Home Visiting: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
