Position : Social Media for Art Studio – Create TikTok, Reels and More
Job Description : Do you love TikTok? Instagram Reels? YouTube? Are you an awesome video editor? Do you love experimenting with different transitions and trends? Do you love pop culture? Do you dream of finding a creative environment, but one that is organized and structured? (YES, it exists!) If you are an avid TikTok creator, Instagram Reel user, and social media lover / experienced user at larger, we want to speak to you. This may be the perfect role you have been looking for here in Palm Beach County, FL.
This is full-time, in-house work. Plenty of room to grow for the right person! We are open to part-timers as well, so if this appeals to you, don’t hesitate to reach out with your availability. Please note: all of the action happens here. All of the content will be captured here. We are not open to remote workers or agencies whatsoever, this is an in-house position that requires collaboration and a physical presence.
A day in the life:
Being an active participant in discussing planned content (you will not be responsible for planning)
Shooting, editing, scheduling posts and posting (you will be responsible for creating the planned content and executing it to standard)
Working on livestreaming sales events
Creating cover photos for reels, TikTok
Posting using best practices , researching relevant hash tags and placement
Keeping abreast of algorithm changes
Posting video to YouTube, Vimeo, our Website and more
We’re seeking:
Someone who MUST be able to demonstrate proficiency at Video Editing
An active (personal or professional) Tik Tok user, or Instagram user with a track record of creating engaging content
Someone who loves staying up to date on the latest trends in videos, pop culture
MUST be able to share Reels and TikToks you have created (personally or professionally)
An energetic, self-starter who is capable of taking direction and executing to a high standard
Someone who is seeking a creative environment but understands there are objectives to obtain and parameters to follow
An experienced TikTok creator and Instagram reel user who can demonstrate proficiency at video edits including transitions, selecting appropriate music, and more
Someone who can cultivate a deeper understanding for ultimate impact; understand our style, brand voice, audience, and communication preferences
An active listener who can take feedback well
Someone able to work here physically in person at our studio in Lake Park, FL
Must understand established visual and brand standards
Must be an excellent communicator (verbally and written)
About us: We’re a growing art studio and have been in business for over a decade. We have a need to create content on a steady basis and have a lot of work to do! We are very organized and will help set you up for success. We have beautiful handmade art pieces that lend themselves very well to creating beautiful content! This is not a boring product that is a struggle to get creative inspiration for.
Please note: We take Covid-19 prevention very seriously. Our entire office staff is fully vaccinated. We follow all CDC guidelines and masks are required at all times. We have been closed to the public since March 2020.
