Facility located in Franklin, PA and facility has 40-50 employees.Position: Supply Chain ManagerReports to: Chemical Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager & Plant ManagerResponsible for supply chain process for the plantStrategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning (MRP), inventory control, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and plant customer serviceDuties include ordering raw materials, production planning & scheduling, warehouse & distribution, storage of raw materials and finished goods, on time delivery, shipping accuracy, inventory managementEstablish relationships with Key Suppliers, Business Supply Chain Managers, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales / Marketing to ensure process operates successfully throughout the entire supply chainImplement Continuous Improvement to Supply Chain to drive growth and cost reductionImplement LEAN principlesUse SAP planning systems to manager master data, production, planning, and warehouse functionsTrain and develop Supply Chain & Warehouse associates who are direct reportsManage Inbound Railcar InventoryRequirements: B.S Degree3-5 years in Manufacturing / Supply Chain environment, Chemicals preferredProficient in SAP, Microsoft OfficeResults focused – takes ownership and accountability for producing tangible resultsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Franklin, PA: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)Work Location: One location
