Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist (Direct Hire)
Job Description : Kelly Services is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our top clients in Northeast Philadelphia. This is a permanent onsite position, paying up to $80,000.
What a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Specialist might look like:
Recruits, interviews and hires employees to fill approved open positions and oversees the use of contract recruiters as well as temporary agencies
Coordinates and ensures compliance of pre-employment testing
Develops innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment/sourcing strategies to develop high-quality active and passive candidate pipelines
Conducts regular follow-up with hiring managers and possible outside recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Succession planning for the company
Plans and conducts new employee orientation
Posts internal job openings and maintains job folders for internal positions
Assist with HRIS maintenance, metrics, and various reporting requests
Provides valuable hiring analytics related to employee turnover rate, time to fill, and current recruitment progress
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
Have experience handling a large volume of open requisitions
Have experience recruiting for hourly and salary positions
