Job Description : SummaryThis position provides an essential service for the customers by working hand in hand with customer service by having a clear understanding of our products to better support our customers in their decision making process to do business with CFT.Essential FunctionsRespond to distributor & end user’ inquiries regarding technical issues relative to Carlisle Fluid Technologies ProductsAssist in specifying the correct products for an end user’s finishing needs based on their unique applicationsPartner with Account Managers to provide best-in-class technical support to distributors and end usersAssist in updating and correcting product catalogsSupport customer training, application lab demonstrations, and field service team as neededCreate, maintain & enhance excellent distributor & end user support/serviceAll other assigned dutiesMinimum QualificationAssociates in Business Management or related fieldAbility to read and understand, blueprints and drawingsExperience with related equipment used in industriesExperience with Microsoft OfficePreferred QualificationBachelors in Business, Management or related fieldJob Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
