Job Description : Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Receive requests from contractors, communicate clearly and gather all essential information for jobEvaluate request and traffic control plan to determine if we have the resources to take the jobEnter all job requests into our software including: dates/times, location, number of employees, ect.Send job requests to billing departmentDispatch employees to job sitesWe are looking for someone to join our growing traffic control company. We provide traffic control to various contractors, including utilities and internet companies while they perform their work. Our company handles several aspects of traffic control, including creating traffic control plans, requesting permits, designing and fabricating signage, as well as day of traffic control.City Rise’s main office is located in Lodi, CA but we proudly provide traffic control from border to border in California. Most of our administrative jobs report to our main office every day, whereas our crews that provide the physical labor side of traffic control are dispatched directly from their homes. City Rise proudly employs over 200 employees, of which about half of them are journeymen who lead crews and are provided a company truck with all signage and equipment needed for the job.This position is a salaried position that will be mainly in-office but will require some at home work as well. Being that we are a 24/7 company you will be required to be available to emergency situations at all times of the day and night. You would be provided training and given the resources to do the job.An ideal candidate would have several years of dispatch or scheduling experience and several years of managerial experience. This person would have open availability and be willing to accommodate a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. They would be able to problem solve and multitask very effectively.
